Copyright Letter

Hello everyone!
I have just sent the copyright letter to my record label! Noah Kahan is signed in to Republic Records since 2017, and Republic Records is a subsidiary of the Universal Music Group. That is why I have sent the copyright request to the latter, as I could not find any way to contact Republic Records via email directly.
My last resort would have been to contact Republic Records via Instagram, but fortunately I finally obtained this address: spain.publishing@umusic.com
Below is the email that I have sent them with a letter of request I put together by following the guidelines of an example copyright letter given to us in class.
Hope you enjoy this post!
xx Natalia
Copyright Letter:

I highlighted a couple of points:
The song that I would like to ask permission to use
My purpose: solely educational and non-lucrative
The fact that I will be giving credit to the record labels and artist throughout this process
Finally, just in case they don't respond, I have said that they can send me "a copyright notice" if it should be "required" (quoting from my letter). This means that if they don't reply, I can still use this email as proof that I have asked for the copyright and will not be making any money out of using Noah Kahan's song. It also means that if they don't reply I will assume that no copyright notice was needed from them to authorise, and that the email was enough.
