Hi everyone!

I am very excited to introduce my Initial Idea Pitch! I had the opportunity to present my idea to my classmates and get feedback from them. I admit that I was a bit shy and did not fully explain every detail of my project at first, but I will include a detailed description in another post!

Initial Idea Pitch Video!

Feedback that I received:

Everyone seemed pleased with the branding change that I had made and, although they liked the previous logo that I had, they did prefer the second one as they said it looked more like a record label.

Furthermore, Ms Garrison did tell me to keep in mind the lighting for my music video- if there is a scene where I will be filming at night, I need to make sure I have a good source of lighting. I am only planning on filming one particular scene at night so far- but perhaps I will extend this if I find good light sources.

Overall, everyone seemed pleased with my idea, which I will take as good feedback and continue working on it.

Next Steps:

After watching the video, I have made a mental note to myself on how to improve a couple of aspects:

Looking more at my audience whilst presenting and speaking louder
Not being shy to fully explain my idea- step by step- when I actually had it all planned out already
Running through the presentation at home before doing it at school (as a trial)
Taking the opportunity to as questions to my peers that can help me in the future

(I will make some polls for my target audience to make sure I have specific feedback from them nonetheless)
